1st Trombone - Amanda Sayer

Amanda started playing brass at the age of 8 in 1999. She joined FTB in 2002 and after making a fine job of keeping up with the other 2 more experienced trombonists, took the 1st trombone seat in 2005.

She says that she likes belonging to Fakenham Town Band because 'she likes to make Danny smile' (well something has to!).

Amanda also plays in her school bands and the Fakenham Salvation Army Band.

Amanda is one of a few Vicky Pollard's in the band. To prove it, a passage taken from a message from Amanda follows...
"well i did go 2 bed but i couldnt get to sleep bcoz i had a relli bad head ache becoz vix was makin cakes with her friend and got some of the mixture on her hands so they were putting it on each others faces and i went in there and vix tried to put it on mine and i moved and smacked my head on the corner of the shelf and now have a bump on the back of my head"
